Nick Dalley
Nick Dalley is a Dunedin born and bred builder.
He has always been a maker - ever since realising he was rather handy with a bandsaw as a 13-year-old in woodwork class.
Now a NZ Certified Builder, he has an exceptional level of craftsmanship and pays particular attention to detail.
ND Build specialises in architectural renovations of all sizes, managing projects right through from the original plans to the most immaculate of finishings.
Nick is all about quality work and clear communication and looks forward to creating something special with you.
FEATURED PROJECTS.
Project no.1 - Feature Restoration
A classic New Zealand villa was restored into a modern family home. An original wooden entrance feature was refurbished, keeping the charm and character of the original build, establishing an interesting and warm welcome into the home.
Project no.2 - Deck and Exterior Build
Interior walls were modified and exterior walls pushed out to create a modern open deck space to chase the all day sun. Glass sliding doors were installed to create easy open flow to the outdoor living space.
Project no.3 - Bathroom Renovation
Complete re-design for a modern, slick and serene bathroom. Internal walls were shifted to create a new bathroom space and amenities installed. Neutral tones, interesting textures and feature tiles were chosen to create a stylish yet relaxing space.
